THE MAKING OF TATTY DEVINE
What do, pink hair, boiler suits, spaceships and art jewellery all have in common?
Answer, Tatty Devine
Words cannot sum up our excitement at having produced the visuals for the Craft Council’s summer campaign Misshapes: The Making of Tatty Devine. This is an awesome project that explores talented entrepreneurs Harriet Vine and Rosie Wolfunden and their inspiring 20-year journey of art jewellery design. It is a celebration of artistic skill and creativity that showcases some of their most iconic pieces set against insanely creative backdrops featuring spaceships, bird cages, and miniature theatres.
Working with Rosie & Harriet we forged a fantastic creative team to conceive ideas, build sets, style pieces and configure lighting. We’ve loved bringing the amazing pieces of their story to life quite literally through a combination of stills, video and animated imagery.
Needless to say, we are very excited to see the work published. Can’t show the final outputs just yet but here are a few sneak peeks from behind the scenes. Follow our Instagram feed @glassmintstudio throughout the summer to see art jewellery design at its best.
